To add from before I wouldnt mind editing checkpoint times too, but that might be a lot of work for you :\
Well, it is doable but it wouldn't really be that usefull imho.

First, checkpoint times are set by your own run. (Editing those would allow for making maps with unfair/not doable times.)
Bronze, silver and Gold (the goal times) can be manipulated manually. Each checkpoint then calculates a new checkpoint time for its medal, depending on the platin time of the said checkpoint and a scaling difference between the different medal goal times.
Editing the goal checkpoint times of the bronze, silver and gold medal would be a bit cumbersome. (as everytime you scale up/or even change the goal times you have to do that as well with all checkpoints.) It's definitely doable to implement that, but in my opinion it isn't really going to benefit anyone.
I think Ill update it again once theres an update for the time edits.
Working on that feature right now. It's almost done. Will be included in the next version.
I just had my brother try it, and he hasnt really played much of the game, he got to the 7th CP in like 25 mins, tried for another 5 mins and gave up Lol! So I guess its a hard map..
It definitely isn't easy. (As you need to have a bit of practice/knowledge to pull of some of the tricks reliably or even see how to progress further.)
The fact that your brother was able to pick up the game and get that far is still a remarkable achievement. :)

I was just suggesting the GSB checkpoint times, but now that I thought about it, youre right, it doesnt have much of a benefit. It would only get rid of the early CPs having a -2:00;00 and people will still loose that gain by the end of the map. And thats only if there is going to be a handful more of maps like this one, Which I cant really see tbh, but who knows. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Pretty much. I migh introduce the functionality (of changing checkpoint times) by adding some form of sliders in the GUI so that you can (very fast and easily) change the checkpoint times. (It would be far easier and faster as you don't have to input the times by yourself.)

Imagine a timeline where the left end is the startpoint and the right end is the goal. All checkpoints will be scattered on this line and represented as a point (depending on their time) which you could drag around (and thus change the time.)

But that isn't on my priority list at the moment. (It would require some major additions to the editor gui system.)

Well, i can actually see much more maps in a style like that. (Maps where you don't nessecarely have to race against the time. Instead you have to find a way through the enviroment by using/exploiting the enviroment.) It can be a lot of fun to play it like an adventure/exploration game for once in a while. :)
That's why i want to introduce a gamemode where you don't race against the time. Instead the game will count how many checkpoint respawns you needed in order to get to the goal. (You will be able to select in the editor what type of gamemode your map should use.)

Finally got around to finishing this, made the part after 4th cp easier, fixed all noticeable z-fighting, kept plat time around 2:30;00 and made bronze 10:00;00. Ima start on a Very Hard map now, should take me awhile to make :\

Also, 2 things about map editor..
-Cant manually type in a negative number (Which would be nice for moving a block 0.10 units).
-Map doesnt like to save as an .ecMap very well.
